Saracen Bay Resort offers a relaxing getaway in the modern villas located on the beach of Koh Rong Samloem Island off the coast of Sihanoukville. It takes 60 minutes by car from Sihanoukville International Airport to the boat station and another 40-minute speedboat ride from the boat station to the island.
